Toothbrush Direct are not only a web based company and if you wish to speak with someone our office is open on Tuesday Wednesday Thursday and Friday from 9.30 to 2.30 At other times  your call may be greeted by an answerphone please leave a message and your call WILL be returned . Give us your number SLOWLY and CLEARLY please. Please note  it may be quicker to e.mail us as the e.mail is checked frequently.

Orders are normally processed on the day that they are received  however please note that we only process orders on weekdays normally  so orders placed on Fridays in the pm will not be processed until Monday.

Most orders are sent using Royal Mail except heavy  or expensive items which are sent by courier. Please allow up to five working days for delivery.
