" net order value" is the total value of the order after deduction
of any discounts, deals or special offers but before the deduction of any
vouchers issued by Toothbrush Direct. The net order weight is used to calculate
carriage and delivery charges.

Users may download, view and print materials for their own personal, non-commercial

GENERAL CONDITIONS
All orders for goods shall be subject to these terms and conditions. No
variation of these terms and conditions shall apply unless agreed in writing
by Toothbrush Direct.
Toothbrush Direct guarantee that all goods on offer are accurately described
on the website and are fit for their intended purpose. Should any product
fail
to meet our high standards it will be immediately replaced. This does not
affect your statutory rights.

Please note that orders can only be accepted from customers who are 18
years or older. If you are under 18 years of age you are welcome to browse
our website but regret that we are unable to accept any order from you.
PAYMENT
Payment for goods ordered can be made by most major credit or debit cards
except AMEX and Diners Club.
In the event of payment being declined by your card issuer, Toothbrush
Direct shall not be responsible for any costs or inconvenience caused by
a subsequent
delay in despatch.
DELIVERY CHARGES AND METHODS - UK MAINLAND
All delivery costs are based on Royal Mail Delivery costs for the UK and World Regions. Specific prices will be added at the checkout confirmation page.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, all UK customers have the right
to cancel orders placed through a website within seven working days of
their receipt of the goods. UK residents wishing to cancel an order under
these Regulations should return the goods to Toothbrush Direct. Please
send all returns to Toothbrush Direct, PO Box 2709,
Lewes,
East Sussex,
BN7 1AN,
UK in their original packing and in their original condition.
Toothbrush Direct will not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to goods returned
in this way until they are received at the address above and we strongly
recommend that returns are sent by Recorded Delivery or some other means
of tracked delivery system.
Once we receive the goods in saleable condition, a refund for their cost
will be made to your credit/debit card.
RETURN OF GOODS
Customers wishing to return goods other than by way of an Order Cancellation
